How long does it take to ship orders?
Most In-stock items are shipped within four business days or less..  Depending upon availability, out-of-stock items or engraved items are shipped within two to three weeks.

If I cancel my order is there a charge?
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours.
Orders cancelled after 48 hours but before the order has been shipped may be subject to a 20% administrative charge.
Orders cancelled after the order has been shipped will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Customers who refuse shipments of orders will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.  The customer will also be charged the shipping charges to the delivery address as well as the shipping charge ito return the package to us.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
NO! Except for orders sent to military bases, orders must be shipped to an address deliverable by UPS or FedEx. We do not ship outside the US or Canada..

How does the shopping cart work?

As you move through our website and you select products by hitting the "Add To Shopping Cart" button, they are assembled in the shopping cart. Each time you select a product, you are taken directly to the shopping cart where you then select your product colors or options. The item you have selected is displayed, along with its price. Indicate the quantity you wish to order. Press "Order" if it is correct. Press "Continue" if it's not. Pressing "Continue" takes you back to the website where you can select additional products. You may press "Review Order" at any time to see what is in your shopping cart. The items you have selected will remain in your shopping cart until you "Checkout". You do not have to complete your order in one visit. Our shopping cart will "remember" everything you have ordered so far. The next time you return to our site, even it it's a few days later, and select either "Get Order" or "Review Order", you will be taken back to where you left off. When you are finished selecting products, press "Checkout" and your order will be summarized. You then have the opportunity to make any changes, additions, or deletions. Then you will be asked for your billing/shipping information. Your credit card number is taken at a Secure Site.If you have concerns about giving your credit card number over the Internet, choose the "Credit Card By Phone"option and call us at 1-888-366-4696 with your credit card number. An e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent to you immediately. You may change your order right up until the time we are ready to ship. (We do not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship.)

Our shopping cart is so smart that, as long as you haven't emptied your computer's cache, it "remembers" your order even if you left the site without completing it. The next time you return to the site, your in-progress or completed order number will be displayed in the "My Accountr" section on the top of your screen. You can continue right where you left off. If you have completed your order, you may return to the site and check the status simply by pressing "Logging In".

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

When your order is shipped, we will E-mail you your UPS Tracking number.  Your tracking number will be 18 digits in the following format: 1ZX88W739999999999.

To track your package, highlight your tacking number with your mouse, press "Control-C" to copy your number.  Go to our UPS Tracking Page (by clicking our "UPS Tracking" link on the left side of our site).  Click the left button on your mouse in the tracking window and press "Control-V" to paste your number.  Then click the "Track It" button to track your package.

If the above instructions are a bit confusing,  you can manually enter your tracking number into the tracking window.

Exchanges / Returns Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund, exchange, or credit within 14 days of the purchase. All requests for returns must be made and returns received by us before your wedding date or event

Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty material. Computer software, books, and VHS tapes must be in sealed unopened packages. Once opened, we can only exchange these items for the same product. Custom engraved items are non-returnable. Some personal items, by law, are non-returnable

To Return an Item to Us

You must fill out our on-line return request form and be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number. We can not accept return requests via telephone.
Pack your merchandise securely. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Returns which do not have the RMA number will be refused and the package will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Include the RMA number, your packing slip and/or order number with a note telling us the reason for the return. If the item was a gift, please include your phone number and your e-mail address. Send the package via a traceable shipping method to:

We will credit the original purchaser's credit card. Gift returns will be issued an on-line gift certificate. Look for your refund, issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All requests for returns must be made and returns received by us before your wedding date or event

Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns

Exchanges

If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.

Returns

If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. All requests for returns must be made and returns received by us before your wedding date or event, and within 14 days of shipping

Incorrect Orders

If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect or defective merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

Shipping charges for orders less than $100 are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Some items are shipped free. Some items have additional charges due to their weight or size. Our shopping cart will calculate the exact total and display it for you before you complete your order.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping charges.
Minimum shipping charge is $5.95 unless the item specifies free shipping.
